What is Alchemy?
What is Alchemy? Traditionally, alchemy was the medieval practice of transforming base metals into gold — a mysterious blend of science, art, and mysticism. Over time, the word has come to mean the process of profound transformation: turning something ordinary into something extraordinary and revealing hidden potential within. At The Alchemy Space, alchemy is both our name and our mission. We believe in the art of transformation — in ourselves, in our community, and in the world around us. Through movement, creativity, connection, and holistic well-being, we nurture the process of evolving together, elevating what already exists, and creating something entirely new.Show More

Spiritual Healing
I have always been naturally intuitive, but for many years I didn’t know how to access that intuition in a clear, consistent, and grounded way. I spent over a decade immersed in the spiritual world, exploring a wide range of modalities, teachings, and techniques. While many of them offered insight, it wasn’t until I began training my intuition a bit over a year ago that everything truly changed. Learning how to access intuition in a precise and reliable way completely transformed my life. Through this work, I healed a wide range of physical health challenges, shifted long-standing financial patterns, strengthened my relationship with my partner, and ultimately uncovered my soul’s purpose. Training my intuition didn’t just help me manifest what I wanted, it helped me feel aligned, fulfilled, and deeply connected to who I am. One of the most pivotal experiences in my journey was realizing that even after manifesting many of the things I once desired, I still felt a lack of purpose. Through intuitive training, I was able to clearly access my soul’s purpose, this work, and build an entire business aligned with it in under three months. Along the way, I also became a certified 200-hour yoga instructor, which I now integrate into my teachings as a way to move stagnant energy from the body and support nervous system regulation. I do this work because I have never encountered another approach that can address such a wide range of challenges while remaining deeply individualized. When we remove personal bias and access the energetic fields of a person’s higher self and soul, we receive information that is uniquely tailored to them, information that allows them to step into the life they are meant to live. What inspires me most is watching people reconnect to their highest potential. I’ve supported clients in overcoming health challenges, finding aligned romantic partners, breaking out of purposelessness, and stepping fully into soul-led businesses and lives that positively impact others. Witnessing that transformation, again and again, is what fuels my work.Show More

Ayurveda
I am obsessed with understanding the body and what impacts it. I am always asking WHY It is my mission to help women understand their body better, how everyday choices impact their symptoms/health/genetics, and how we can use nutrition, lifestyle, systems biology, nutrients, and herbs to shift the terrain in the body towards longtime resilience and vibrant health. I believe there is a missing gap in our healthcare system and I am doing what I can to fill it. I originally went back to school after undergrad and completed Premed requirements but decided I was more interested in a natural approach to health. I spent almost a decade at that time working in the birth world as a doula, a prenatal/postpartum yoga therapist, and a childbirth educator. Despite great docs, I noticed that women weren't being educated and empowered about their bodies and root causes were not being investigated. During this time my husband was in medical school and the medical professionals I was engaging with both socially and at work would often disregard or belittle nutrition, herbs, and lifestyle medicine and I got fed up and fired up. I was hell bent on going back to school to learn the science of how the body works, what drives health and disease, what causes symptoms, what impacts our genetic expression, how are our body systems connected, and how can we impact health with food, lifestyle, nutrients, etc. My frustration motivated my return to school, inspired my life's work, and fuels my passion around educating, supporting, and empowering women to understand their body and take smart steps to resolve symptoms, drive health, and turn on healthy genes. When not supporting women to feel better I am often out in the wild playing in the mountains, sitting by a crackling fire, or gazing at the stars. I live with my family in Truckee and believe in the power of the wild and the kitchen.Show More

Reiki
Jennifer Vanatta is a devoted guide in the healing arts, blending over a decade of yoga teaching with certifications in sound healing and Reiki energy work. Her path to these practices was not simply academic, it was earned through lived experience. Having faced trauma and profound loss at a young age, Jennifer knows firsthand the weight of anxiety and depression, and the long, often nonlinear road toward healing. It was through yoga, sound, and energy work that she found her footing; tools that helped her return, again and again, to her own inner stillness. That personal journey is the heartbeat of everything she offers. Today, she weaves together movement, meditation, and vibrational healing to help others reconnect to their own inner wisdom and natural state of harmony. She holds space with deep compassion; not as someone who has all the answers, but as someone who has walked through the dark and found the light on the other side. Rooted in Nevada City, CA, Jennifer is inspired by nature, the rhythms of the earth, and the alchemy of nourishing, high-frequency living. Her work invites balance, presence, and deep embodiment for anyone who is ready to come home to themselves.Show More

I began dancing in a studio when I was 3 years old, and embodiment has been my saving grace through childhood neglect and trauma, 2 divorces, loss of children, domestic violence, sexual assault and more. Many times in my life I didn't quite know how I could go on living, or if I wanted to. Every time something expansive and full of light would anchor me into the path of choosing life and choosing myself no matter how difficult the uphill climb seemed. After persevering so many challenges in my life, I am devoted to supporting others in their path back to self-love, peace, joy, and wholeness. My love for dance translated into a love for studying the human body, psyche, and spirit/soul and I have been on an epic journey of deep study and education to better inform my healing path and those I assist. I am a life-long learner and will continue to dive into spaces and places where I can continue to learn and expand. I am a 500 ERYT Yoga Instructor and Facilitator, have a Pre/Post Natal Fitness Emphasis, am certified in myofascial rolling and release, love supporting cycling beings and girls and women, and the masculine who wants to learn to support women and children. I am a beautiful blend of practical and esoteric, weaving my intuitive magic and vast array of skills and lenses to help the individual drawn to work with me. Forest Bathing
I was born and raised in a small town in Poland, surrounded by forests and farmlands. My childhood was a tapestry of outdoor adventures—summers spent in my grandpa’s gardens picking fruits and vegetables, climbing trees with my friends, swimming in the lakes, hiking mountains, camping, foraging for mushrooms, and rescuing injured birds and stray animals. These experiences deeply rooted my connection with nature. In my twenties, I moved to big cities, and my bond with the natural world waned. However, life brought me to the beautiful Tahoe area, where I am now raising my two teenage children. Over a decade ago, after the loss of my father and a challenging separation, I faced a period of profound struggle. It was during this time that I discovered yoga and found solace in nature. The teachings and practice of yoga and the solitude of hiking were my lifelines. These experiences sparked a deep curiosity about the impact of nature on the human mind, body, and soul. I immersed myself in learning and became a certified Nature Therapy Based Interventionist through Somatic Nature Therapy Institute and a Forest Bathing Guide through Alma Oasis. I am also certified Wilderness First Aid. Additionally, I received yoga teacher trainings from Sivananda Yoga Farm and Alaya Palisades Yoga, and I am a certified kids yoga teacher through KAY.Show More

I’ve spent most of my life guiding people through mountains, rivers, and personal transformation. What began as a career in outdoor education and ski coaching evolved into a calling: helping others navigate the inner terrain of growth and healing. After two decades of guiding and teaching around the world, I founded ACE CoLab — Adventure. Connect. Evolve — to bring together the best of movement, mindfulness, and coaching. My path weaves through high peaks and deep introspection — from training ski professionals and leading expeditions, to studying integrative health, mind-body medicine, and wellness coaching. Through these experiences, I’ve learned that transformation doesn’t just happen on the mountain — it happens in how we show up for ourselves every day. Healing is a process of remembering our wholeness, reconnecting with what truly matters, and aligning how we live with who we are becoming.Show More

Vinyasa Yoga
I currently live nestled among the mountains of the Sierra Nevada, where my connection to the natural world continues to shape both my life and my work. I grew up in San Francisco and was educated in the Waldorf tradition, where a deep appreciation for nature, creativity, and holistic learning was cultivated early on. This foundation guided me to study Psychology and Adventure Education at Prescott College, blending my curiosity about the human psyche with experiential, nature-based learning. My path has included guiding outdoor expeditions for youth, teaching art and English to young people abroad, and supporting at-risk youth through nature-based therapeutic experiences. Across these spaces, I witnessed the profound impact of presence, mentorship, and connection—to self, to others, and to the natural world. These experiences shaped my passion for creating spaces where individuals can reconnect with their inner strength, authenticity, and sense of aliveness. Today, I continue to live and work close to the natural world, drawing inspiration from movement, breath, creativity, and the outdoors as pathways for healing, self-discovery, and empowerment.Show More

CHEK Practitioner | Integrative Movement Specialist | Holistic Lifestyle Coach I grew up as an athletic kid who was always injured, bouncing between physical therapists, feeling frustrated that no one could explain the root cause. Everything changed when I completed my YogaWorks 200hr training in 2017, which taught me how breath, proper muscle activation, and nervous system regulation shape the way we move and work through the growing pains of life in a healthier way. That foundation deepened during my four years ski instructing in Keystone, CO, where I analyzed hundreds of bodies and learned how to teach movement with clarity, safety, and intuition. In 2020, I became a NASM Personal Trainer, but I knew I needed something more comprehensive. That’s when I found Paul Chek and the CHEK Institute. For the past three years I’ve been immersed in corrective exercise, functional movement, holistic lifestyle coaching, somatic work, and emotional-root-cause healing. I’m currently awaiting my HLC Level 3 certification and completing Integrative Movement Science Level 3 February 2026. My mission is simple: Help you feel strong, balanced, and pain-free so you can live the life you love. From chasing the kids to playing adult soccer or pickleball, I believe your injuries are feedback, not failures: invitations to listen, unlearn, and rebuild with intention. Whether your dream is to eliminate pain, prepare for pregnancy, return to play, or reconnect to your body, I blend science, intuition, and integrative health medicine principles to guide you back to natural movement and true vitality.Show More

Jenay Aiksnoras, E-RYT500, M.S. Counseling has been teaching Yoga since 2005. Jenay's story began on a farm in Connecticut. She grew up actively engaging outdoors. When she moved to Boston for college, her love of the outdoors drew her to her school's outing club. A class audit during her undergraduate studies introduced her to the practice of yoga, untimately helping her discover the key to reducing physical pain and feeling well while playing outside. At that time there were few places to practice. She explored various studios and lineages including svarupa, vinyasa and Iyengar. Through consistent practice, Yoga asana helped to heal back pain resulting from bulging discs and scoliosis. It wasn't until she began practicing in New York with Amy Pearce-Hayden that she truly began to understand the depth of yoga. Jenay believes that asana, like every limb of the eight (Asta Anga) is just one aspect of the practice. To access Yoga you must address the entire system. During every practice she guides you'll be directed to engage in svadhyaya, consider sankalpa and connect with your Self.Show More

Hi, I'm Molly.
Hi, I'm Molly. I'm here to help you heal your pelvic floor. As a woman, your life has many dimensions - caretaking, professional goals and responsibilities, connection and intimacy, self-care, and your most deeply held dreams and passions. It’s a beautiful tapestry, but can start to feel precarious when your body is out of balance. Perhaps especially so when it comes to your pelvic health. Sadly, most of us were never educated about our pelvic anatomy and its very essential functions. In fact, many were taught to regard the pelvis with shame and silence. As a result, your pelvic health journey often only begins when something is not right “down there.” For some women, it may be multiple, urgent trips to the bathroom at night, disrupting restful sleep. Or avoiding exercise for fear of another embarrassing and inconvenient bladder accident. Not to mention sneeze or cough-related leaks! For others, it might be pain after long periods of sitting, discomfort during sex, or an aching, uncomfortable bladder. These symptoms can be quite distressing and it’s difficult to know who or what can help. In my own pelvic health journey, it took 8 years before I was offered a set of practical and effective techniques to regulate my nervous system and restore my pelvic floor. And yet this was the missing piece that ultimately most helped me to heal. Now, I do this work so you don’t have to wait.Show More

Acupressure
As a youth, I suffered from chronic stomach pain and other maladies. At age 16, I went to a traditional western allopathic doctor. He spoke with me for twenty minutes. I was asked questions such as “What type of recreational drugs have you tried?” and “Where is your pain?” I was not asked ‘Do you exercise?’ ‘How much fruits and vegetables do you eat?’ ‘Do you sleep well?’ ‘What do you do to create happiness in your life?’ The doctor then prescribed me four pharmaceuticals. They were Celebrex for the back pain, Zantac for the stomach pain, Valium, and Zoloft for I can only imagine why. I felt that the pharmaceuticals were not going to heal me but just mask the symptoms. I was offended to be only offered drugs without any help or advice towards health and wellness. I refused them and started to look into alternative health modalities. Six years later, I was referred to an amazing acupuncturist and gifted healer. It was the first time someone understood how sick I was since their diagnostic methods could see past my outer “healthy” appearance. The acupuncturist diagnosed and treated the imbalances that were ruining a lot of my days. The treatments and information changed my life and inspired me to discover how it all works. Now by sharing my knowledge and experience with others, I can help ignite the light inside of them, to find the desire to heal. I can do this by bringing my patients the tools and power needed to create wellness and health in their own lives. This is done by integrating the Eastern and Western medical systems, frequency medicine and patient education, thus creating high-quality true health care.Show More

Hi Parents!
Hi Parents! I’m Marissa. I have had the honor of supporting parents for the past 13 years as a Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator and Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga Instructor in the Truckee/Tahoe area. My journey with birth work began long before becoming a Doula. Since I can remember I have loved birth and babies. At the young age of 9-years old, I would watch “A Birth Story” on the TLC program and I knew I would work in supporting families during pregnancy and birth somehow. It wasn’t until 2012 that I learned about Doulas and felt called to become one. That is when I found Birthing From Within and completed their Doula and Mentor program. Since then I have gained further education and training through Jane Austin’s Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga Level 1 & 2 certifications, completed Spinning Babies workshops, studied Birth Story Listening and joined an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula training with Sacred Windows Studies. In 2024, I completed a miscarriage & infant loss doula certification through The Miscarriage Doula Collective.Show More

Born and raised in Truckee, CA into a multicultural household, I have always been fond of travel and culture. After experiencing a traumatic car accident, I was left with injuries, chronic pain and PTSD. I was forced to prioritize my body’s needs, finding Hatha and Aerial Yoga training. This led me to Reiki training in Brazil and the U.S., and attaining Master level profoundly impacted my own physical and emotional healing process. Influenced by my physical therapist, I found Fascia Therapy - the Danis Bois Method (France), my passion, which led to my career in manual bodywork/ massage therapy. I fell in love with the lymphatic system and completed training at Massage Therapy Institute in Davis, CA and through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS), as well as the AMESARO (Mexico) - Associación Mexicana de Sanación con Rosas in Rose Therapy/ Healing.
