Verification Program Data: for our Verified Healer certification program, we may collect license numbers, professional certifications, background check information, insurance documentation, and professional references. You also may provide information to be published or displayed on public areas of the Website/Platform, or transmitted to other users or third parties (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions, and we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. As you navigate through and interact with our Website/Platform, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including details of your visits, your IP address, operating system, and browser type, device information and usage patterns, and geographic information for local practitioner searches (where enabled and consented to). We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption for data transmission and storage, secure hosting infrastructure with multiple security layers, regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, and access controls and authentication measures. Organizational safeguards include employee training on data privacy and security, strict access controls on a need-to-know basis, regular review and updating of security policies, and incident response procedures for data breaches. State consumer privacy laws may grant additional rights regarding your personal information. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): right to know what personal information is collected; right to delete personal information; right to opt out of the sale of personal information; right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. We retain your information for as long as your account is active, necessary to provide our services, required by applicable laws and regulations, and needed for legitimate business purposes. When we delete information, we use commercially reasonable efforts to remove it from our systems, though some data may remain in backups or archives. If you access our Platform from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. By using our Platform, you consent to such transfers.
