Iyengar Yoga

Reiki & Energy Healing

Our space is dedicated to all things yoga. Asana, community, support, self-growth. This is a space for us to share the human experience. Our studio is dedicated to offering a variety of classes and workshops that will help you relieve stress and guide you towards physical, mental and emotional balance. Our yoga room family strives to hold a space for students to explore a variety of teachings and discover what resonates. Each of our teachers delivers a soulful approach to the practice in an environment that welcomes all bodies, stories, and walks of life. I intuitively use the flow of energy and the heightened awareness in my other senses to make up for what I cannot see in the physical world.Show More
