Movement Therapist and Sensual Embodiment Expert
My approach relies on attraction. My essence and magic is a vibration that will call to those who are meant to work with me. I blend esoteric and intuitive wisdom with 23 years of embodied education and skills. I am often laughing, crying, and screaming with my students and clients. Full embodied experiences require us to BE HERE NOW and to allow the wisdom on the body to lead. I come prepared with hands on techniques and embodied practices to share, and I tune into what you may need in the moment. I believe we are whole and worthy of exquisite love and relationships and that "the work" is in reprogramming our minds and bodies into peace, love, and safety. Pleasure and bliss is our birthright and I would be honored to support you in re-discovering these truths about yourself.
