Our Approach
Experience your Bliss in our Moroccan-inspired wellness center, a community haven for self-care and renewal. Enjoy yoga, meditation, embodied dance, sound baths, art pop-ups, and mindfulness classes. Tea lounge available before and after classes and services. The centre holds three spaces: the Buda Room, the Bliss Room, and the Community Room, alongside a steam room and tea lounge. Classes run from restorative yoga sound baths to belly dance, burlesque fitness, and aerial hammock yoga capped at eight people. Individual sessions include Reiki, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Pranic Healing and private sound healing, and the centre hosts monthly new moon and full moon ceremonies alongside seasonal gatherings. Bliss… also opens its doors to local practitioners: Are you a local artist, wellness practitioner, or health educator ready to share your gifts with the community? This space was created with you in mind. We're passionate about partnering with purpose-driven entrepreneurs who are here to inspire, heal, and uplift others. Let's co-create something meaningful. Blissful classes or the steam room, excluding workshops. A $10 difference for hammock, sound bath or aerial yoga classes can be paid when booking at checkout.
