About this service
This level 2-3 yoga flow is designed to create more strength, flexibility, and balance in your body. You will be challenged to grow and transform in the present moment while focusing on your breath in this beautiful moving meditation. This class is recommended for those with 1 year of yoga practice and beyond who have a basic understanding of the poses. Studio Truckee uses infrared heaters. Warm is 85 to 90F, Heated is 90 to 98F, Hot is 99 to 105F. Anything not listed is a cozy room temperature between 75 and 85F.
