Our Story
Gemini Yoga is committed to restoring balance into everyone's life. Whether you're a seasoned yogi, returning after a long break, working with physical differences, or you’re stepping onto a mat for the very first time, there will be a class that meets you where you’re at. There will be an added focus on bringing consistent specialized classes to those who may have unique needs such as: Pregnancy, Postpartum, Injury, Trauma, Age-related mobility, or simply those seeking a gentler practice.
Our Approach
As a mom of 3, my body felt like a foreign place at times. Ways I once practiced no longer suited me. I didn't feel at home in this new version of me. Yoga has helped usher in this new me. Connected the pieces of who I was, and who I was becoming. Instead of gripping on to what was, or grieving what I am not. I welcome the new me. I hope to facilitate that for others in my community.
