Our Story
Yoga, pilates, and movement classes seven days a week in Truckee, taught by passionate, experienced instructors.
Our Approach
All of our classes are open to all levels, and first-timers are always welcome. Starting something new is exciting, and sometimes overwhelming. Whether you are new to movement classes, or just new to us, we have something for everybody. Studio Truckee uses infrared heaters to make our studio anywhere from cozy and warm to nice and hot. Warm is 85 to 90F, Heated is 90 to 98F, Hot is 99 to 105F. Anything not listed is a cozy room temperature between 75 and 85F. Class heat levels are indicated on the schedule. We ask that you leave your shoes in the breezeway, and come clean and free of heavy perfumes or scented products to respect the shared space.
