What is Alchemy?
What is Alchemy? Traditionally, alchemy was the medieval practice of transforming base metals into gold — a mysterious blend of science, art, and mysticism. Over time, the word has come to mean the process of profound transformation: turning something ordinary into something extraordinary and revealing hidden potential within. At The Alchemy Space, alchemy is both our name and our mission. We believe in the art of transformation — in ourselves, in our community, and in the world around us. Through movement, creativity, connection, and holistic well-being, we nurture the process of evolving together, elevating what already exists, and creating something entirely new.Show More

Myofascial Release
I began dancing in a studio when I was 3 years old, and embodiment has been my saving grace through childhood neglect and trauma, 2 divorces, loss of children, domestic violence, sexual assault and more. Many times in my life I didn't quite know how I could go on living, or if I wanted to. Every time something expansive and full of light would anchor me into the path of choosing life and choosing myself no matter how difficult the uphill climb seemed. After persevering so many challenges in my life, I am devoted to supporting others in their path back to self-love, peace, joy, and wholeness. My love for dance translated into a love for studying the human body, psyche, and spirit/soul and I have been on an epic journey of deep study and education to better inform my healing path and those I assist. I am a life-long learner and will continue to dive into spaces and places where I can continue to learn and expand. I am a 500 ERYT Yoga Instructor and Facilitator, have a Pre/Post Natal Fitness Emphasis, am certified in myofascial rolling and release, love supporting cycling beings and girls and women, and the masculine who wants to learn to support women and children. I am a beautiful blend of practical and esoteric, weaving my intuitive magic and vast array of skills and lenses to help the individual drawn to work with me. Whether you need help in the physical plane with your body and sexuality/sensuality, your mind/thoughts and how to interact with others and the world, or are feeling stuck in spiritual/soulful realms, I've got you.Show More

I am a Master Evolutionary Astrologer through the FCEA. I have many more official titles, but what matters most to me is the healing and empowerment of as many people as I can. To help humans find their way back to Nature. To heal the voices of the oppressed. To use Tarot and Astrology as a map and a lantern on our quest. CHEK Practitioner | Integrative Movement Specialist | Holistic Lifestyle Coach I grew up as an athletic kid who was always injured, bouncing between physical therapists, feeling frustrated that no one could explain the root cause. Everything changed when I completed my YogaWorks 200hr training in 2017, which taught me how breath, proper muscle activation, and nervous system regulation shape the way we move and work through the growing pains of life in a healthier way. That foundation deepened during my four years ski instructing in Keystone, CO, where I analyzed hundreds of bodies and learned how to teach movement with clarity, safety, and intuition. In 2020, I became a NASM Personal Trainer, but I knew I needed something more comprehensive. That’s when I found Paul Chek and the CHEK Institute. For the past three years I’ve been immersed in corrective exercise, functional movement, holistic lifestyle coaching, somatic work, and emotional-root-cause healing. I’m currently awaiting my HLC Level 3 certification and completing Integrative Movement Science Level 3 February 2026. My mission is simple: Help you feel strong, balanced, and pain-free so you can live the life you love. From chasing the kids to playing adult soccer or pickleball, I believe your injuries are feedback, not failures: invitations to listen, unlearn, and rebuild with intention. Whether your dream is to eliminate pain, prepare for pregnancy, return to play, or reconnect to your body, I blend science, intuition, and integrative health medicine principles to guide you back to natural movement and true vitality.Show More

Jenay Aiksnoras, E-RYT500, M.S. Counseling has been teaching Yoga since 2005. Jenay's story began on a farm in Connecticut. She grew up actively engaging outdoors. When she moved to Boston for college, her love of the outdoors drew her to her school's outing club. A class audit during her undergraduate studies introduced her to the practice of yoga, untimately helping her discover the key to reducing physical pain and feeling well while playing outside. At that time there were few places to practice. She explored various studios and lineages including svarupa, vinyasa and Iyengar. Through consistent practice, Yoga asana helped to heal back pain resulting from bulging discs and scoliosis. It wasn't until she began practicing in New York with Amy Pearce-Hayden that she truly began to understand the depth of yoga. Jenay believes that asana, like every limb of the eight (Asta Anga) is just one aspect of the practice. To access Yoga you must address the entire system. During every practice she guides you'll be directed to engage in svadhyaya, consider sankalpa and connect with your Self.Show More

Hi, I’m Dr.
Hi, I’m Dr. Lara May, Advanced Practice Clinical Pharmacist & Health Coach, specializing in functional medicine & energy medicine. I learned how to transform my health, digestion, and body – and I’m here to help you do it, too! Let me tell you a story… Ever since I was young, I have always had trouble with my stomach. I spent most of my years relying on acid reducers, and everything I ate caused my body distress. I often felt bloated, struggled with constipation, and I was at a loss for what to do about it. So, I did what most people do after seeing doctor after doctor and not feeling any better, I read every book, tried every program, and well… nothing worked for me. My stomach would ache afterward, my pants fit tight, and going to the bathroom was a less than pleasant experience with all the cramping, constipation, followed by cyclical diarrhea, etc. Now, I know that the food I was eating wasn’t nourishing my body or benefiting my gut. They were making the problems worse! Until I truly dug in and gained the knowledge, I had no idea how my gut was being impacted by what I was eating every day. Hitting Rock Bottom... My gut problems persisted. They didn’t improve because I kept eating all of the foods that were making the problems worse. I wasn’t paying close attention to how certain foods were making my stomach feel. I was frustrated and thought my body wasn’t working quite right. This was all because I was just feeding my gut problems. Even worse, I felt exhausted, sick, and moody all the time. I never had any energy, my body hurt, and my digestion was a mess. It was when I realized that my poor gut health and all the symptoms I faced every day were keeping me from being the person I dreamed of being! The Journey to Healing I began to look more closely at my life and at my diet, suddenly realizing that the food I was eating was just contributing to the problem. All it took was a bit of research for me to see what I needed to see. The food I was eating was having a negative impact on my gut. Then my poor gut health was having a negative impact on the rest of my health and my life. So, of course, my first step was to change the food I was eating every day. It was tricky to get used to because I had never considered what I was eating. I bought and ate the food that I wanted to. My research led me to realize that my gut health is connected to the rest of my health. So, after hours of research and plenty of time figuring out what worked best for my body, I healed all those gut issues. And as a result of that, I healed a ton of other issues. What a difference this made! In just a few weeks, I saw a change. I was less grumpy, had fewer stomach pains, and felt better as a whole. Since then, I’ve only gotten better. A New Found Purpose & Journey to Integrating Functional & Energy Medicine… My experience changed my life in wonderful ways, and now, I’m on a path to help others! I want to help you reclaim your life by getting your gut in great shape! As a functional medicine specialist, I help people uncover the source of their diseases and imbalances to get to the root of where things start. I focus on empowerment, transformation, & healing through real evidence-based methods combined with energy healing modalities. I give my clients the tools they need to help reduce or in some cases, potentially, even stop their prescription medications (with communication to their doctor, of course). But the biggest benefit my clients speak about is that they fall in love again - with their lives, with what they are doing, and the person or people that mean the most to them. My unique approach and integration of techniques allow my clients to shift energetic patterns, release old beliefs, clear blockages, and create lives of fulfillment, wellness, and joy. My journey to energetic & functional medicine began in 2014 as a patient myself struggling with uncontrolled chronic migraines, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic heartburn, and chronic sinus infections. Frustrated with not getting better and the lack of answers from western medicine, I sought out a new solution. Integrative Nutrition & Functional Medicine combined with energy healing modalities empowering myself to heal myself from all of the above ailments. And today I am dedicated to helping you do the same.Show More

Shiatsu
Zen Shiatsu found me in an East West Center in San Diego in 1985. My next job took me to NYC, where I found my way to the Shiatsu Education Center of America. I became affiliated with that institution, the Ohashi Institute, and started a branch school in Chicago. I became a senior instructor in the Ohashiatsu system, and at the same time, heard a voice in a SweatLodge. It simply told me that I was born to practice Shiatsu. It's been a long four decades in the clinic and classroom sharing the beauty and power of healing touch following the Meridian Channel system. I could tell a thousand stories. I hold them all in my heart.Show More

Sage Ardas is a holistic healer, advanced health coach, and energy worker offering a deeply integrative approach to wellness. Her work weaves together reflexology, cupping, and energetic alignment to elevate, balance, and harmonize the body’s natural frequencies. Drawn to family and community wellness, Sage began as a postpartum doula before earning her Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Oakland, CA. Her studies and travels through China and her exploration of herbalism, Ayurveda, homeopathy, Kundalini Yoga and Tibetan medicine deepened her understanding of the universal principles of healing and guided her back to her ancestral lineage of healers. In her years practicing in a bustling downtown clinic, Sage discovered her passion for reproductive health, fertility, and wellbeing. Her master’s thesis focused on a healing protocol for PTSD, inspired by personal loss and her desire to support veterans, mental health and trauma survivors. After a long, difficult birth left her with mobility challenges, Sage’s own healing journey took on new depth. Through a blend of physical rehabilitation, energetic medicine, and ancestral guidance, she reclaimed her strength and purpose. Now a devoted mother of two, Sage’s work centers on optimizing the body’s natural cycles, awareness and understanding hormones, honoring postpartum recovery, and empowering others to reconnect with their innate rhythm of healing and finds deep fulfillment in supporting her community.Show More

Born and raised in Truckee, CA into a multicultural household, I have always been fond of travel and culture. After experiencing a traumatic car accident, I was left with injuries, chronic pain and PTSD. I was forced to prioritize my body’s needs, finding Hatha and Aerial Yoga training. This led me to Reiki training in Brazil and the U.S., and attaining Master level profoundly impacted my own physical and emotional healing process. Influenced by my physical therapist, I found Fascia Therapy - the Danis Bois Method (France), my passion, which led to my career in manual bodywork/ massage therapy. I fell in love with the lymphatic system and completed training at Massage Therapy Institute in Davis, CA and through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS), as well as the AMESARO (Mexico) - Associación Mexicana de Sanación con Rosas in Rose Therapy/ Healing. Sometimes our greatest challenges can become our most important teachers and opportunities for growth and learning.Show More
