Fusion belly dance is a therapeutic movement modality that blends the traditional signature of Middle Eastern and North African dance and music with modern artistry, borrowing expressions of Flamenco and classical Indian dance. Each class opens with a dance based warm up, then strengthens the core through precise torso and hip isolation before we musically interpret the signature undulations, figure 8's, and footwork patterns into short choreography with elegant arm and hand gestures.
