We started in Truckee. Now we’re a bigger community.
The hive
Your town has a group chat for wellness.
Ask a real question and get answers from people who live here. Find a healer and see their whole week. It is free, and you do not have to say anything to be in it.

Every name has a real page. What they do, what it costs, how to reach them.
See what's happening near you
Every class, circle, event, retreat and session in your community.
Why this isn’t a Facebook or WhatsApp group
Same message in a group chat. Different ending.
In your hive chat you just tap the name.
Tap the name, get the person.
Their page opens right in the chat. What they do, what it costs, how to reach them.
You can see who's licensed.
Their credentials sit on their page, with who issued them, so you can check for yourself. Where a licence doesn't exist for that kind of work, we say so.
You know who you're talking to.
The healers in the room are marked, with what they offer, so you're not guessing who's who.

Mindfulness
Hi, I'm Molly. I'm here to help you heal your pelvic floor. As a woman, your life has many dimensions - caretaking, professional goals and responsibilities, connection and intimacy, self-care, and your most deeply held dreams and passions. It’s a beautiful tapestry, but can start to feel precarious when your body is out of balance. Perhaps especially so when it comes to your pelvic health. Sadly, most of us were never educated about our pelvic anatomy and its very essential functions. In fact, many were taught to regard the pelvis with shame and silence. As a result, your pelvic health journey often only begins when something is not right “down there.” For some women, it may be multiple, urgent trips to the bathroom at night, disrupting restful sleep. Or avoiding exercise for fear of another embarrassing and inconvenient bladder accident. Not to mention sneeze or cough-related leaks! For others, it might be pain after long periods of sitting, discomfort during sex, or an aching, uncomfortable bladder. These symptoms can be quite distressing and it’s difficult to know who or what can help. In my own pelvic health journey, it took 8 years before I was offered a set of practical and effective techniques to regulate my nervous system and restore my pelvic floor. And yet this was the missing piece that ultimately most helped me to heal. Now, I do this work so you don’t have to wait.Show More
Massage Therapist
My life took a pivotal turn at the age of 21 when I underwent a major pelvic reconstructive surgery. Every phase of my recovery was challenging. The structure of my pelvis forever changed, causing a ripple effect of tightened muscles, compensation issues, nerve damage, and major scar tissue adhesions in my upper leg and abdomen. I visited countless bodyworkers to find relief, and learned how to listen to my body. I changed my major to study more in school, and realized I want to help others with challenges like mine. I enrolled in massage school and developed a strong foundation in bodywork, then hit the road for a year, traveling through remote villages of South East Asia where I learned ancient forms of bodywork and herbalism in local temples. During this time I received a post-graduate diploma in Ayurvedic Medicine and Yogic Science, studied Thai massage, and Yoo Fai (Thai Traditional Postnatal Treatments.)Show More

Loving-Kindness Meditation
Amy has been practicing yoga since 2015 and teaching since 2023. In May 2024, she moved to Australia where she taught for multiple companies across the country. Everything from outdoor pool decks in hotels to hot yoga studios to sunset yoga on the beach. With this concentrated and unique experience Amy worked to find she loves teaching power vinyasa flows focused on the different Koshas or layers of our bodies. In her vinyasa classes you can expect to build up heat and work hard for that peak pose. Outside of Yoga Amy enjoys skiing, kiting, biking, and exploring the Sierra Nevadas which she has found a home in for quite some time now.Show More
