Our Story
Wellness shouldn’t be this hard to find.
When I moved to Truckee I was grieving and had no idea how to find the help I needed. It was all here. It was just scattered across Instagram, Mindbody, random websites, and a flyer in a coffee shop I only saw because I happened to walk past.
I was new to holistic wellness too. I’d never tried reiki, and I couldn’t find a grief circle anywhere.
Nobody should have to search alone.
So I built one place to look.

We started in Truckee. Now we’re a bigger community.
