About this service
This well rounded class brings in the elements of breath work, postural alignment, and fluid movement to both strengthen and open the body. This blend of flow and held postures is designed to experience the stability in your body, while deepening presence to self and connecting to the magic of your heart. Studio Truckee uses infrared heaters. Warm is 85 to 90F, Heated is 90 to 98F, Hot is 99 to 105F. Anything not listed is a cozy room temperature between 75 and 85F.
