Settle into comfortable, prop-supported postures while the sound and vibration work to calm the nervous system, release tension, and invite a deeper state of rest. Low-frequency vibrations move directly through the body while mid and high frequencies are experienced through sound, creating a full-spectrum sensory experience. No prior… experience is needed.
