Reiki

Intuitive, warm, humorous, and grounded are words others have used to describe me. Born and raised near the Santa Monica mountains of Southern California, my path has included a variety of experiences that influence how I show up in the world. I hold a master's degree in counseling psychology and have nearly a decade of experience as a therapist, working with youth, families, and individuals in community-based settings, schools, and foster care. Additionally, I ran a professional birth doula business. Currently, I work as a life coach, helping others "birth" their authentic selves. Before this, I lived in Northern New Mexico, where I helped establish school gardens and implemented environmental education programs. When I'm not working, I can be found hiking, practicing yoga, dancing, engrossed in a creative project, or simply cradling a cup of coffee and taking in the view of the pine trees outside my home in Truckee.Show More

Spiritual Healing

I have always been naturally intuitive, but for many years I didn’t know how to access that intuition in a clear, consistent, and grounded way. I spent over a decade immersed in the spiritual world, exploring a wide range of modalities, teachings, and techniques. While many of them offered insight, it wasn’t until I began training my intuition a bit over a year ago that everything truly changed. Learning how to access intuition in a precise and reliable way completely transformed my life. Through this work, I healed a wide range of physical health challenges, shifted long-standing financial patterns, strengthened my relationship with my partner, and ultimately uncovered my soul’s purpose. Training my intuition didn’t just help me manifest what I wanted, it helped me feel aligned, fulfilled, and deeply connected to who I am. One of the most pivotal experiences in my journey was realizing that even after manifesting many of the things I once desired, I still felt a lack of purpose. Through intuitive training, I was able to clearly access my soul’s purpose, this work, and build an entire business aligned with it in under three months. Along the way, I also became a certified 200-hour yoga instructor, which I now integrate into my teachings as a way to move stagnant energy from the body and support nervous system regulation. I do this work because I have never encountered another approach that can address such a wide range of challenges while remaining deeply individualized. When we remove personal bias and access the energetic fields of a person’s higher self and soul, we receive information that is uniquely tailored to them, information that allows them to step into the life they are meant to live. What inspires me most is watching people reconnect to their highest potential. I’ve supported clients in overcoming health challenges, finding aligned romantic partners, breaking out of purposelessness, and stepping fully into soul-led businesses and lives that positively impact others. Witnessing that transformation, again and again, is what fuels my work.Show More

Myofascial Release

I began dancing in a studio when I was 3 years old, and embodiment has been my saving grace through childhood neglect and trauma, 2 divorces, loss of children, domestic violence, sexual assault and more. Many times in my life I didn't quite know how I could go on living, or if I wanted to. Every time something expansive and full of light would anchor me into the path of choosing life and choosing myself no matter how difficult the uphill climb seemed. After persevering so many challenges in my life, I am devoted to supporting others in their path back to self-love, peace, joy, and wholeness. My love for dance translated into a love for studying the human body, psyche, and spirit/soul and I have been on an epic journey of deep study and education to better inform my healing path and those I assist. I am a life-long learner and will continue to dive into spaces and places where I can continue to learn and expand. I am a 500 ERYT Yoga Instructor and Facilitator, have a Pre/Post Natal Fitness Emphasis, am certified in myofascial rolling and release, love supporting cycling beings and girls and women, and the masculine who wants to learn to support women and children. I am a beautiful blend of practical and esoteric, weaving my intuitive magic and vast array of skills and lenses to help the individual drawn to work with me. Whether you need help in the physical plane with your body and sexuality/sensuality, your mind/thoughts and how to interact with others and the world, or are feeling stuck in spiritual/soulful realms, I've got you.Show More

Woven Herbs

I am Katie Rose.

I am Katie Rose. I learned early that the land speaks in stones, feathers, leaves, and soil—if you take the time to listen. Childhood curiosity became devotion, and devotion became study: UC Berkeley, Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute in Panama, GUMP Research Station in French Polynesia, Charles Darwin Research Station in the Galápagos, the Leibniz Center for Tropical Marine Research in Germany. Across continents, I witnessed the subtle conversations between humans and the earth—the pulse of life beneath our feet, the wisdom that flows through water, wind, roots, and wings. I returned home to Big Sur, to the place that first shaped me, to weave science, ancestral knowing, and lived experience into Woven Herbs, an education tea business that weaves our wild native medicines into healing teas, helping my community learn to recognize that medicine grows abundantly and wildly, and is here for us, always. Here at Woven, healing is a remembering. Remembering the rhythms of our bodies, the medicine of plants, bees, and minerals, the quiet intelligence that whispers beneath habit, depletion, and forgetting. With Woven Herbs, I work with plants—herbalism, foraging, tea ceremonies, herbal astrology readings, forest bathing, wilderness therapy, guided foraging hikes—learning their language, their medicine, their ethics of reciprocity. Independently, I work with bees—apitherapy, hive stewardship, bee medicine, dreaming with the bees—receiving their teaching of harmony, vigilance, devotion, and reciprocity. I work with cycles—new moon and full moon ceremonies, women’s circles, menstrual cycle coaching, womb wisdom tea blends, seasonal rituals to honor equinoxes and solstices—inviting the body to remember its innate rhythm and connection to the unseen forces. I work with reflection and guidance—dream therapy, life and health coaching, nature therapy—holding space for insight, integration, and gentle transformation. I witness the softening of chronic stress, the restoration of sleep and digestion, the release of dependence, the return of energy and clarity. Healing emerges as relationship: to self, to land, to breath, to the threads that connect us all. It is an honor to hold ceremonial space within Healer Hive, to walk alongside those who seek to root back into vitality, rhythm, and belonging, and to remember, together, that medicine is all around us, alive, and generous.Show More

Reiki

In April 2022, I hit a wall I couldn’t think my way out of. My husband was deep in building his business, and the emotional and financial volatility of entrepreneurship was hitting our household hard. The pressure to contribute financially became so intense that it shut me down. I wasn’t just overwhelmed, I was paralyzed. Getting out of bed felt like a stretch. Showing up for my kids took everything I had. What made it more confronting was I had over 25 years of leadership experience behind me - nonprofit leadership, operations, strategy, and consulting. I had built organizations, led teams, influenced policy, and solved complex problems at a high level. I had the honor of testifying before the House Natural Resources Committee - US Congress in Washington DC. I knew how to lead and I knew how to execute and none of that could solve what was happening internally. In desperation, I stepped back. I started applying for jobs, roles far below my experience level just to feel some relief and stability. The idea of going back to a traditional path made me feel physically sick, but so did the uncertainty of staying where I was. That tension forced me to confront something I thought I had already worked through: My identity was still tied to achievement. Around that time, I invested over five figures into a three-month coaching program, convinced it would give me the clarity I couldn’t access on my own. It didn’t. The program lacked depth, structure, and real leadership. The guidance was inconsistent, and the work contradicted itself. And I could see it clearly because I understand how transformation actually works. That experience forced me to get honest. I had been outsourcing my authority and looking for someone else to give me the answers, hoping there was a faster way. There isn’t a faster way. I know this and yet I couldn't sit with this level of discomfort. I had to face my own patterns of scarcity thinking, fear-based decision making, impatience, and the belief that once I reached a certain level, I would finally feel better. Reiki had already been part of my life before this. I spent years practicing Reiki and then pursued my Reiki Master Certification believing that was the destination. But this season showed me something different. Reiki isn't the end - it is the doorway. As I moved through my own unraveling, Reiki became something I lived, not just something I practiced on others in my energy healing practice. Reiki supported (and continues to support) me in the quiet moments where there was nothing to fix, only something to understand. That’s when everything started to shift.Show More

CHEK Practitioner | Integrative Movement Specialist | Holistic Lifestyle Coach I grew up as an athletic kid who was always injured, bouncing between physical therapists, feeling frustrated that no one could explain the root cause. Everything changed when I completed my YogaWorks 200hr training in 2017, which taught me how breath, proper muscle activation, and nervous system regulation shape the way we move and work through the growing pains of life in a healthier way. That foundation deepened during my four years ski instructing in Keystone, CO, where I analyzed hundreds of bodies and learned how to teach movement with clarity, safety, and intuition. In 2020, I became a NASM Personal Trainer, but I knew I needed something more comprehensive. That’s when I found Paul Chek and the CHEK Institute. For the past three years I’ve been immersed in corrective exercise, functional movement, holistic lifestyle coaching, somatic work, and emotional-root-cause healing. I’m currently awaiting my HLC Level 3 certification and completing Integrative Movement Science Level 3 February 2026. My mission is simple: Help you feel strong, balanced, and pain-free so you can live the life you love. From chasing the kids to playing adult soccer or pickleball, I believe your injuries are feedback, not failures: invitations to listen, unlearn, and rebuild with intention. Whether your dream is to eliminate pain, prepare for pregnancy, return to play, or reconnect to your body, I blend science, intuition, and integrative health medicine principles to guide you back to natural movement and true vitality.Show More

Assisted Stretching

Jenay Aiksnoras, E-RYT500, M.S. Counseling has been teaching Yoga since 2005. Jenay's story began on a farm in Connecticut. She grew up actively engaging outdoors. When she moved to Boston for college, her love of the outdoors drew her to her school's outing club. A class audit during her undergraduate studies introduced her to the practice of yoga, untimately helping her discover the key to reducing physical pain and feeling well while playing outside. At that time there were few places to practice. She explored various studios and lineages including svarupa, vinyasa and Iyengar. Through consistent practice, Yoga asana helped to heal back pain resulting from bulging discs and scoliosis. It wasn't until she began practicing in New York with Amy Pearce-Hayden that she truly began to understand the depth of yoga. Jenay believes that asana, like every limb of the eight (Asta Anga) is just one aspect of the practice. To access Yoga you must address the entire system. During every practice she guides you'll be directed to engage in svadhyaya, consider sankalpa and connect with your Self.Show More

Life Coaching

I decided to become a Women's Life Coaching because I see how disconnected and disempowered so many women feel these days. We get caught in comparison, stuck in our heads wondering why our lives don't feel like our own. It is so easy to doubt ourselves in a society that has taught us that we are not okay as we are and being a "good girl" is the way to be loved. Our lives feel stagnant and unfulfilling, but we don't know how to create a life of vibrancy, ease, and self love. I've been there and I want to help women break free from this narrative of striving and embody a life of thriving! Through my personal evolution I've become an intentional rebel with a soft heart for the struggles we all go through and no tolerance for the bullshit rules that society says we're "supposed to" follow! I like to semi-jokingly say that I'm a Give Less F*cks Coach. ;) I love to support women in finding their own authentic expression, connecting with their inner knowing, and living a life that feels juicy!Show More
