Initial Life Coaching session

I decided to become a Women's Life Coaching because I see how disconnected and disempowered so many women feel these days. We get caught in comparison, stuck in our heads wondering why our lives don't feel like our own. It is so easy to doubt ourselves in a society… that has taught us that we are not okay as we are and being a "good girl" is the way to be loved. Our lives feel stagnant and unfulfilling, but we don't know how to create a life of vibrancy, ease, and self love. I've been there and I want to help women break free from this narrative of striving and embody a life of thriving! Through my personal evolution I've become an intentional rebel with a soft heart for the struggles we all go through and no tolerance for the bullshit rules that society says we're "supposed to" follow! I like to semi-jokingly say that I'm a Give Less F*cks Coach. ;) I love to support women in finding their own authentic expression, connecting with their inner knowing, and living a life that feels juicy!
