Holistic Financial Coach
I approach financial coaching holistically, addressing relationships, self care and spirituality as integrated components of financial health. While working on skills like budgeting and future planning, we also explore things like boundaries, vulnerability and audacity with career goals. The people I work with feel safe, seen and able to take steps they never imagined because they get refined help transforming the places that are holding them back. I am a parent with a blended family, and bring 20 years of facilitation experience with sex and relationship coaching, health guidance and financial coaching. I offer a complimentary consultation where we explore your goals, create a map of next steps, and determine if we are a good fit for ongoing coaching.
