I am a holistic, earth-based healer and facilitator devoted to the art of remembering—remembering the body’s rhythms, the medicine of the land, and the quiet intelligence that lives beneath habit, urgency, and depletion. My work is holistic and integrative, guided by the wisdom of Ayurveda and rooted in relationship with plants, bees, stars and seasonal cycles. My practice is informed by both formal study and lived, land-based experience. I hold a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Science, and a Master’s degree in Beekeeping, and I carry these alongside years of embodied learning through stewardship, observation, and practice. I approach healing as a meeting place between science, intuition, and ancestral knowing. At the heart of my work is plant medicine, mineral nourishment, and lifestyle alignment. I practice herbalism, working in close relationship with native and seasonal wild-foraged plants, honoring tradition and indigenous wisdom. I also practice bee venom therapy (Hoshindo) honoring bee medicine in all its forms—as healer, teacher, and initiator. I work with bees from my own hives, listening to their rhythms, tending their health, and honoring the reciprocity this medicine requires. These practices are woven together with deep listening, intuitive sensing, dream analysis support, and lifestyle/health coaching, creating a responsive, body-led approach to healing. All modalities are held through an Ayurvedic lens, supporting balance of the doshas, nourishment of ojas, restoration of agni, and alignment with natural circadian and seasonal rhythms. I most often support women seeking to rebalance hormones, restore energy, and return to their natural energetic potential, as well as those experiencing burnout or disconnection from their inner and ecological rhythms. My work also serves people navigating chronic inflammation, Lymes disease, arthritis, persistent or cyclical physical pain, and breast cancer, offering grounded, attentive care that honors both the physical and subtle bodies. Through this work, I repeatedly witness gentle but profound shifts: the softening of chronic stress and anxiety, the restoration of natural sleep and circadian rhythms, the release of caffeine dependence, improved digestion and bowel regularity, and deeper nourishment through mineral, electrolyte, and plant-based support. My facilitation is slow, reverent, and attuned. Rather than directing or fixing, I listen—allowing the body, the plants, and the seasons to guide the process. Healing unfolds here as a remembering of relationship: to self, to land, to breath, and to the unseen threads that hold us. It is an honor to hold ceremonial space within the Healer Hive community and to walk alongside others as they root back into vitality, rhythm, and belonging.
