Kate Drucker

My work as a coach focuses on helping individuals intentionally shape the next chapter of their lives, aligning it more closely with their true selves. I assist clients with various challenges, including life transitions, career development, overcoming feelings of being stuck, and managing overwhelm and burnout. My approach is highly collaborative and client-centered. My coaching style is mind-body based, trauma-informed, and… spiritually-based. I integrate my background as a therapist with modalities such as EFT tapping, mindful awareness, and solution-focused strategies. As your coach, I form a collaborative partnership with you to create a container for healing and transformation. Together, we identify inner barriers and uncover hidden beliefs and assumptions that stand in the way of your potential and liberating you from what's holding you back. I support you in moving through emotional blocks so you can live from a place of self-honor, owning your value and inherent worth, and experience deeper fulfillment.

Intuitive, warm, humorous, and grounded are words others have used to describe me. Born and raised near the Santa Monica mountains of Southern California, my path has included a variety of experiences that influence how I show up in the world. I hold a master's degree in counseling psychology and have nearly a decade of experience as a therapist, working with youth, families, and individuals in community-based settings, schools, and foster… care. Additionally, I ran a professional birth doula business. Currently, I work as a life coach, helping others "birth" their authentic selves. Before this, I lived in Northern New Mexico, where I helped establish school gardens and implemented environmental education programs. When I'm not working, I can be found hiking, practicing yoga, dancing, engrossed in a creative project, or simply cradling a cup of coffee and taking in the view of the pine trees outside my home in Truckee.
