Intuitive, warm, humorous, and grounded are words others have used to describe me. Born and raised near the Santa Monica mountains of Southern California, my path has included a variety of experiences that influence how I show up in the world. I hold a master's degree… in counseling psychology and have nearly a decade of experience as a therapist, working with youth, families, and individuals in community-based settings, schools, and foster care. Additionally, I ran a professional birth doula business. Currently, I work as a life coach, helping others "birth" their authentic selves. Before this, I lived in Northern New Mexico, where I helped establish school gardens and implemented environmental education programs. When I'm not working, I can be found hiking, practicing yoga, dancing, engrossed in a creative project, or simply cradling a cup of coffee and taking in the view of the pine trees outside my home in Truckee.
