My Approach
Most people are either operating from strategy without awareness, awareness without structure, or little to no awareness at all. I work at the intersection of all of these. This is where Reiki meets the mind combining mindset strategy and coaching with energy work. With now almost 30 years of experience in leadership, operations, and owning a consulting business, I understand how people make decisions, where they get stuck, and how patterns show… up in real life, not just in theory. As a Reiki Master and intuitive practitioner, I also understand the internal landscape, energy, nervous system regulation, and the deeper patterns most people avoid or override. I don’t offer quick fixes. I help you see where you’re looping, outsourcing your power, and staying stuck, then we shift it so you can think clearly, trust yourself, and move with confidence. This is about releasing old patterns, reconnecting with your intuition, and making decisions from clarity instead of urgency. Reiki is part of my work, but it’s not the focus, it’s a tool to help you slow down, regulate, and come back to yourself. This work isn’t about temporary relief. It’s about changing how you think, how you respond, and how you move through your life. So you can trust yourself, without needing constant validation, external answers, or the next strategy to fix you. No overpromising. No inflated claims. No dependency. Just honest, grounded work that holds.
My Story
In April 2022, I hit a wall I couldn’t think my way out of. My husband was deep in building his business, and the emotional and financial volatility of entrepreneurship was hitting our household hard. The pressure to contribute financially became so intense that it shut me down. I wasn’t just overwhelmed, I was paralyzed. Getting out of bed felt like a stretch. Showing up for my kids took everything I had. What made it more confronting was I… had over 25 years of leadership experience behind me - nonprofit leadership, operations, strategy, and consulting. I had built organizations, led teams, influenced policy, and solved complex problems at a high level. I had the honor of testifying before the House Natural Resources Committee - US Congress in Washington DC. I knew how to lead and I knew how to execute and none of that could solve what was happening internally. In desperation, I stepped back. I started applying for jobs, roles far below my experience level just to feel some relief and stability. The idea of going back to a traditional path made me feel physically sick, but so did the uncertainty of staying where I was. That tension forced me to confront something I thought I had already worked through: My identity was still tied to achievement. Around that time, I invested over five figures into a three-month coaching program, convinced it would give me the clarity I couldn’t access on my own. It didn’t. The program lacked depth, structure, and real leadership. The guidance was inconsistent, and the work contradicted itself. And I could see it clearly because I understand how transformation actually works. That experience forced me to get honest. I had been outsourcing my authority and looking for someone else to give me the answers, hoping there was a faster way. There isn’t a faster way. I know this and yet I couldn't sit with this level of discomfort. I had to face my own patterns of scarcity thinking, fear-based decision making, impatience, and the belief that once I reached a certain level, I would finally feel better. Reiki had already been part of my life before this. I spent years practicing Reiki and then pursued my Reiki Master Certification believing that was the destination. But this season showed me something different. Reiki isn't the end - it is the doorway. As I moved through my own unraveling, Reiki became something I lived, not just something I practiced on others in my energy healing practice. Reiki supported (and continues to support) me in the quiet moments where there was nothing to fix, only something to understand. That’s when everything started to shift.
