I grew up deeply connected to the divine, raised in a faith-centered home where prayer and communion with Spirit were a part of daily life. In high school, I discovered the power of manifestation—the art of co-creating with the Universe. My first conscious manifestation led me to my dream school, the University of Virginia, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts with High Honors in Systemic Sustainability. After college, I immersed myself in the world of yoga, earning my Yoga Teacher Training certification in 2015. That initiation opened the door to energy work, chakra healing, and deeper spiritual embodiment. From there, my passion for sharing wisdom evolved into a podcast—first about travel and wellness, and later reborn as The Womanifestor Podcast, where I began teaching manifestation to a global audience. Working with spiritual women since 2019, I noticed that many of my clients struggled to manifest because unhealed trauma and limiting beliefs were blocking their flow. This realization guided me toward somatic healing and trauma release work—an approach that bridges body, mind, and spirit. Today, I am a trauma-informed manifestation coach and somatic healer, helping women release stored trauma, reclaim their divine power, and manifest lives that feel aligned, expansive, and free.
