AfroRhythms Embodied in Dynamic Movement. Claim your spot for a night filled with fun, fierce, flirty energy. 6:00 to 7:30 PM, guided class. Warm-up and stretch to ignite the body, group dancing infused with across the floor exploration, circle cool down. 7:30 to 8:30 PM, free flow dance. Stay and keep the energy flowing. Join in an hour of freestyle dancing, more great music, vibe lighting, light nosh, and connection. Wear anything that empowers you to move at your fullest. Barefoot studio, socks are ok.
