Yoga in Truckee

KerryNature TherapyWhat is Alchemy? Traditionally, alchemy was the medieval practice of transforming base metals into gold — a mysterious blend of science, art, and mysticism. Over time, the word has come to mean the process of profound transformation: turning something ordinary into something extraordinary and revealing hidden potential within. At The Alchemy Space, alchemy is both our name and our mission. We believe in the art of transformation — in ourselves, in our community, and in the world around us. Through movement, creativity, connection, and holistic well-being, we nurture the process of evolving together, elevating what already exists, and creating something entirely new.AmyYogaAmy has been practicing yoga since 2015 and teaching since 2023. In May 2024, she moved to Australia where she taught for multiple companies across the country. Everything from outdoor pool decks in hotels to hot yoga studios to sunset yoga on the beach. With this concentrated and unique experience Amy worked to find she loves teaching power vinyasa flows focused on the different Koshas or layers of our bodies. In her vinyasa classes you can expect to build up heat and work hard for that peak pose. Outside of Yoga Amy enjoys skiing, kiting, biking, and exploring the Sierra Nevadas which she has found a home in for quite some time now.NicoleForest BathingHi, I’m Nicole, a teacher, educator, and lifelong student of embodied healingTiffanyYogaWith a belief that we all have the power to heal ourselves with our innate wisdom, Tiffany guides her students in rediscovering their true nature through Yoga, Ayurveda and Sound Healing. I believe we are all connected and the highest we can truly be is when our body, mind, and soul is happy!HaleyVinyasa YogaI currently live nestled among the mountains of the Sierra Nevada, where my connection to the natural world continues to shape both my life and my work. I grew up in San Francisco and was educated in the Waldorf tradition, where a deep appreciation for nature, creativity, and holistic learning was cultivated early on. This foundation guided me to study Psychology and Adventure Education at Prescott College, blending my curiosity about the human psyche with experiential, nature-based learning. My path has included guiding outdoor expeditions for youth, teaching art and English to young people abroad, and supporting at-risk youth through nature-based therapeutic experiences. Across these spaces, I witnessed the profound impact of presence, mentorship, and connection—to self, to others, and to the natural world. These experiences shaped my passion for creating spaces where individuals can reconnect with their inner strength, authenticity, and sense of aliveness. Today, I continue to live and work close to the natural world, drawing inspiration from movement, breath, creativity, and the outdoors as pathways for healing, self-discovery, and empowerment.IsabelleAstrologyCHEK Practitioner | Integrative Movement Specialist | Holistic Lifestyle Coach I grew up as an athletic kid who was always injured, bouncing between physical therapists, feeling frustrated that no one could explain the root cause. Everything changed when I completed my YogaWorks 200hr training in 2017, which taught me how breath, proper muscle activation, and nervous system regulation shape the way we move and work through the growing pains of life in a healthier way. That foundation deepened during my four years ski instructing in Keystone, CO, where I analyzed hundreds of bodies and learned how to teach movement with clarity, safety, and intuition. In 2020, I became a NASM Personal Trainer, but I knew I needed something more comprehensive. That’s when I found Paul Chek and the CHEK Institute. For the past three years I’ve been immersed in corrective exercise, functional movement, holistic lifestyle coaching, somatic work, and emotional-root-cause healing. I’m currently awaiting my HLC Level 3 certification and completing Integrative Movement Science Level 3 February 2026. My mission is simple: Help you feel strong, balanced, and pain-free so you can live the life you love. From chasing the kids to playing adult soccer or pickleball, I believe your injuries are feedback, not failures: invitations to listen, unlearn, and rebuild with intention. Whether your dream is to eliminate pain, prepare for pregnancy, return to play, or reconnect to your body, I blend science, intuition, and integrative health medicine principles to guide you back to natural movement and true vitality.Spirit Rebel CoVinyasa YogaWelcome to Spirit Rebel Collective! I am always asking WHY It is my mission to help women understand their body better,  how  everyday choices impact their symptoms/health/genetics, and how we can use nutrition, lifestyle, systems biology, nutrients, and herbs to shift the terrain in the body towards longtime resilience and vibrant health.  I believe there is a missing gap in our healthcare system and I am doing what I can to fill it.  I originally went back to school after undergrad and completed Premed requirements but decided I was more interested in a natural approach to health.  I spent almost a decade at that time working in the birth world as a doula, a prenatal/postpartum yoga therapist, and a childbirth educator.   Despite great docs, I noticed that women weren't being educated and empowered about their bodies and root causes were not being investigated.   During this time my husband was in medical school and the medical professionals I was engaging with both socially and at work would often disregard or belittle nutrition, herbs, and lifestyle medicine and I got fed up and fired up.  I was hell bent on going back to school to learn the science of how the body works, what drives health and disease,  what causes symptoms, what impacts our genetic expression, how are our body systems connected, and how can we impact health with food, lifestyle, nutrients, etc.   My frustration motivated my return to school, inspired my life's work, and fuels my passion around educating, supporting, and empowering women to understand their body and take smart steps to resolve symptoms, drive health, and turn on healthy genes.  When not supporting women to feel better I am often out in the wild playing in the mountains, sitting by a crackling fire, or gazing at the stars. I live with my family in Truckee and believe in the power of the wild and the kitchen.ArielleYogaHaving completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 and Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training in 2021, I craft sequences that prioritize proper alignment and inner connection. Drawing from my experience as a mother of two, I bring a unique perspective on the balance and resilience instilled by both motherhood and a dedicated yoga practice. My intention is to support you on your journey, guiding you towards feeling grounded and balanced on the mat and in everyday life.AgaForest BathingI was born and raised in a small town in Poland, surrounded by forests and farmlands. My childhood was a tapestry of outdoor adventures—summers spent in my grandpa’s gardens picking fruits and vegetables, climbing trees with my friends, swimming in the lakes, hiking mountains, camping, foraging for mushrooms, and rescuing injured birds and stray animals. These experiences deeply rooted my connection with nature. In my twenties, I moved to big cities, and my bond with the natural world waned. However, life brought me to the beautiful Tahoe area, where I am now raising my two teenage children. Over a decade ago, after the loss of my father and a challenging separation, I faced a period of profound struggle. It was during this time that I discovered yoga and found solace in nature. The teachings and practice of yoga and the solitude of hiking were my lifelines. These experiences sparked a deep curiosity about the impact of nature on the human mind, body, and soul. I immersed myself in learning and became a certified Nature Therapy Based Interventionist through Somatic Nature Therapy Institute and a Forest Bathing Guide through Alma Oasis. I am also certified Wilderness First Aid. Additionally, I received yoga teacher trainings from Sivananda Yoga Farm and Alaya Palisades Yoga, and I am a certified kids yoga teacher through KAY.KileyYoga Therapy
