This lighter-touch, rhythmic work listens to the body’s lymphatic and circulatory systems to aid with swelling, flow and detox. This is especially helpful for post-operation recovery. Trained in both Fascia Therapy - DBM and the Vodder Technique, Lymphedema protocols, and how to process and direct the lymph flow for damaged/missing and healthy lymph nodes for optimal support.
Born and raised in Truckee, CA into a multicultural household, I have always been fond of travel and culture. After experiencing a traumatic car accident, I was left with injuries, chronic pain and PTSD. I was forced to prioritize my body’s needs, finding Hatha and Aerial Yoga training. This led me to Reiki training in Brazil and the U.S., and attaining Master level profoundly impacted my own physical and emotional healing process. Influenced by my physical therapist, I found Fascia Therapy - the Danis Bois Method (France), my passion, which led to my career in manual bodywork/ massage therapy. I fell in love with the lymphatic system and completed training at Massage Therapy Institute in Davis, CA and through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS), as well as the AMESARO (Mexico) - Associación Mexicana de Sanación con Rosas in Rose Therapy/ Healing. Sometimes our greatest challenges can become our most important teachers and opportunities for growth and learning.
