Massage and Bodywork in Truckee

JacklynMassage TherapyShaunaDeep Tissue MassageI am an adventure seeker and lover of nature! I Embrace the journey of life and try my best to live in the present moment. I have been teaching Physical Education in Truckee, California for the past 22 years. I believe that in order to live a truly healthy life we have to spend time learning about our physical, spiritual and mental well being. I decided to pursue my yoga certification to bring this to light. I am a also a licensed massage therapist and sound healer. Blending yoga, massage and sound healing is my passion and I love sharing this with my students to help them on their journey. My husband Kurt and I have two boys ages 16 and 14. We spend time skiing, biking, hiking, and exploring together. My passion for fitness and wellness has led me down a path to yoga. I believe we are all connected and the highest we can truly be is when our body, mind, and soul is happy!EvaAyurvedic BodyworkIsabelleBodyworkCHEK Practitioner | Integrative Movement Specialist | Holistic Lifestyle Coach I grew up as an athletic kid who was always injured, bouncing between physical therapists, feeling frustrated that no one could explain the root cause. Everything changed when I completed my YogaWorks 200hr training in 2017, which taught me how breath, proper muscle activation, and nervous system regulation shape the way we move and work through the growing pains of life in a healthier way. That foundation deepened during my four years ski instructing in Keystone, CO, where I analyzed hundreds of bodies and learned how to teach movement with clarity, safety, and intuition. In 2020, I became a NASM Personal Trainer, but I knew I needed something more comprehensive. That’s when I found Paul Chek and the CHEK Institute. For the past three years I’ve been immersed in corrective exercise, functional movement, holistic lifestyle coaching, somatic work, and emotional-root-cause healing. I’m currently awaiting my HLC Level 3 certification and completing Integrative Movement Science Level 3 February 2026. My mission is simple: Help you feel strong, balanced, and pain-free so you can live the life you love. From chasing the kids to playing adult soccer or pickleball, I believe your injuries are feedback, not failures: invitations to listen, unlearn, and rebuild with intention. Whether your dream is to eliminate pain, prepare for pregnancy, return to play, or reconnect to your body, I blend science, intuition, and integrative health medicine principles to guide you back to natural movement and true vitality.VanessaMassage TherapyBorn and raised in Truckee, CA into a multicultural household, I have always been fond of travel and culture. After experiencing a traumatic car accident, I was left with injuries, chronic pain and PTSD. I was forced to prioritize my body’s needs, finding Hatha and Aerial Yoga training. This led me to Reiki training in Brazil and the U.S., and attaining Master level profoundly impacted my own physical and emotional healing process. Influenced by my physical therapist, I found Fascia Therapy - the Danis Bois Method (France), my passion, which led to my career in manual bodywork/ massage therapy. I fell in love with the lymphatic system and completed training at Massage Therapy Institute in Davis, CA and through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS), as well as the AMESARO (Mexico) - Associación Mexicana de Sanación con Rosas in Rose Therapy/ Healing. Sometimes our greatest challenges can become our most important teachers and opportunities for growth and learning.WillowMassage TherapyMy journey to massage therapy began during my adolescence, when I became deeply interested in health and human performance as it pertained to my athletic career as a lacrosse player. Since then, I have studied across multiple disciplines, earning degrees in Biopsychology (BS) and Athletic Training (MS) as well as studying and practicing Herbalism, Meditation, and Massage Therapy. Before moving to Truckee and transitioning into Massage Therapy full time, I spent 7 years working as an Athletic Trainer in multidisciplinary settings ranging from professional performance training centers to high school gymnasiums. This valuable time in my career allowed me to cultivate a deep understanding of clinical sports medicine as it applies to athletes and active people in all stages of life and performance. Transitioning into massage therapy has been a harmonious shift that allows me to offer this valuable knowledge to my clients while holding space for healing with presence, intuition, and connection.TiffanyAyurvedic BodyworkWith a belief that we all have the power to heal ourselves with our innate wisdom, Tiffany guides her students in rediscovering their true nature through Yoga, Ayurveda and Sound Healing.
