Hi there, I'm Alyssa, founder of Total Bliss. My journey here wasn't an easy one, but it was absolutely life-changing. After COVID, I found myself dealing with a cascade of health issues. I went from doctor to doctor and specialist to specialist, searching for answers,… but it seemed like every visit ended with more prescriptions and fewer answers. At one of my lowest points, I realized I had to be my own advocate and truly listen to my body. Today, Total Bliss is my way of paying that journey forward. I understand what it's like to feel trapped in a cycle of unending symptoms, to feel dismissed, and to lose hope.
