Hi there, I'm Alyssa, founder of Total Bliss. My journey here wasn't an easy one, but it was absolutely life-changing. After COVID, I found myself dealing with a cascade of health issues. At one of my lowest points, I realized I had to be my own advocate and truly listen to my body. Today, Total Bliss is my way of paying that journey forward.
