My approach to Women's Life Coaching... The type of training I have learned as a Dragontree Life Coach "is a radical, holistic approach to coaching that guides people back to their truth." This coaching is about more than accountability and goal setting. We dive deep to uncover your authentic knowing through somatic and spiritual practices as well as traditional coaching techniques to create a life that expresses your wholeness. I have also… studied Buddhism for 15+ years and love to weave the profound lessons I've learned into my coaching (while, of course, respecting whatever your spiritual beliefs may be). I enjoy supporting women in finding their own authentic expression, connecting with their inner knowing, and living a life that feels juicy! This inner work provides clarity that ripples out into relationships, work/career, health, and any external goals you may have. If that all sounds enticing, then I'm your girl!

I decided to become a Women's Life Coaching because I see how disconnected and disempowered so many women feel these days. We get caught in comparison, stuck in our heads wondering why our lives don't feel like our own. It is so easy to doubt ourselves in a society that has taught us that we are not okay as we are and being a "good girl" is the way to be loved. Our lives feel stagnant and unfulfilling, but we don't know how to create a life of… vibrancy, ease, and self love. I've been there and I want to help women break free from this narrative of striving and embody a life of thriving! Through my personal evolution I've become an intentional rebel with a soft heart for the struggles we all go through and no tolerance for the bullshit rules that society says we're "supposed to" follow! I like to semi-jokingly say that I'm a Give Less F*cks Coach. ;) I love to support women in finding their own authentic expression, connecting with their inner knowing, and living a life that feels juicy!
