About this service

Join us at Bliss for a celebration of the arrival of fall with an afternoon of grounding, renewal, and intention. The Fall Equinox marks a powerful seasonal threshold, where day and night are nearly equal. It invites us to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and honor the time where nature reminds us to slow down and allow ourselves to let go of the parts of us that are ready to change. In this workshop you will explore intuitive movement, guided meditation, sound and energy healing, a cacao ceremony, reflective journaling, an… intention setting ritual, and community connection. This is a welcoming, supportive space to connect, reflect, and align with the energy of the new season. Space is limited, please RSVP to reserve your spot.

Tatiana Etxeberri is the founder of Bliss Holistic Center, a sanctuary born from her own journey of transformation. As a stressed mom juggling the demands of family life and a busy business, Tatiana often put her health last. That changed when a friend invited her to… her first yoga class. There, guided by a teacher who wove poetry and breathwork into movement, Tatiana experienced her first taste of true embodiment, a glimpse into the powerful connection between mind and body. This awakening sparked a global journey of learning and healing. Tatiana immersed herself in yoga, mindfulness-based movement, massage therapy, breathwork, sound healing, and energy body studies. Over time, she developed her own unique method, an intuitive fusion of these healing arts. In January 2025, she launched Bliss Holistic Center with a vision to help others reconnect with their authentic selves. Today, Tatiana offers deeply nourishing wellness retreats incorporating her love of travel, cooking with healing foods, and other holistic based methods that guide individuals back to balance, purpose, and bliss within their bodies and their lives.
