Myofascial Release
I began dancing in a studio when I was 3 years old, and embodiment has been my saving grace through childhood neglect and trauma, 2 divorces, loss of children, domestic violence, sexual assault and more. Many times in my life I didn't quite know how I could go on living, or if I wanted to. Every time something expansive and full of light would anchor me into the path of choosing life and choosing myself no matter how difficult the uphill climb seemed. After persevering so many challenges in my life, I am devoted to supporting others in their path back to self-love, peace, joy, and wholeness. My love for dance translated into a love for studying the human body, psyche, and spirit/soul and I have been on an epic journey of deep study and education to better inform my healing path and those I assist. I am a life-long learner and will continue to dive into spaces and places where I can continue to learn and expand. I am a 500 ERYT Yoga Instructor and Facilitator, have a Pre/Post Natal Fitness Emphasis, am certified in myofascial rolling and release, love supporting cycling beings and girls and women, and the masculine who wants to learn to support women and children. I am a beautiful blend of practical and esoteric, weaving my intuitive magic and vast array of skills and lenses to help the individual drawn to work with me. Whether you need help in the physical plane with your body and sexuality/sensuality, your mind/thoughts and how to interact with others and the world, or are feeling stuck in spiritual/soulful realms, I've got you.Show More
Vinyasa Yoga
I currently live nestled among the mountains of the Sierra Nevada, where my connection to the natural world continues to shape both my life and my work. I grew up in San Francisco and was educated in the Waldorf tradition, where a deep appreciation for nature, creativity, and holistic learning was cultivated early on. This foundation guided me to study Psychology and Adventure Education at Prescott College, blending my curiosity about the human psyche with experiential, nature-based learning. My path has included guiding outdoor expeditions for youth, teaching art and English to young people abroad, and supporting at-risk youth through nature-based therapeutic experiences. Across these spaces, I witnessed the profound impact of presence, mentorship, and connection—to self, to others, and to the natural world. These experiences shaped my passion for creating spaces where individuals can reconnect with their inner strength, authenticity, and sense of aliveness. Today, I continue to live and work close to the natural world, drawing inspiration from movement, breath, creativity, and the outdoors as pathways for healing, self-discovery, and empowerment.Show More

CHEK Practitioner | Integrative Movement Specialist | Holistic Lifestyle Coach I grew up as an athletic kid who was always injured, bouncing between physical therapists, feeling frustrated that no one could explain the root cause. Everything changed when I completed my YogaWorks 200hr training in 2017, which taught me how breath, proper muscle activation, and nervous system regulation shape the way we move and work through the growing pains of life in a healthier way. That foundation deepened during my four years ski instructing in Keystone, CO, where I analyzed hundreds of bodies and learned how to teach movement with clarity, safety, and intuition. In 2020, I became a NASM Personal Trainer, but I knew I needed something more comprehensive. That’s when I found Paul Chek and the CHEK Institute. For the past three years I’ve been immersed in corrective exercise, functional movement, holistic lifestyle coaching, somatic work, and emotional-root-cause healing. I’m currently awaiting my HLC Level 3 certification and completing Integrative Movement Science Level 3 February 2026. My mission is simple: Help you feel strong, balanced, and pain-free so you can live the life you love. From chasing the kids to playing adult soccer or pickleball, I believe your injuries are feedback, not failures: invitations to listen, unlearn, and rebuild with intention. Whether your dream is to eliminate pain, prepare for pregnancy, return to play, or reconnect to your body, I blend science, intuition, and integrative health medicine principles to guide you back to natural movement and true vitality.Show More

Jenay Aiksnoras, E-RYT500, M.S. Counseling has been teaching Yoga since 2005. Jenay's story began on a farm in Connecticut. She grew up actively engaging outdoors. When she moved to Boston for college, her love of the outdoors drew her to her school's outing club. A class audit during her undergraduate studies introduced her to the practice of yoga, untimately helping her discover the key to reducing physical pain and feeling well while playing outside. At that time there were few places to practice. She explored various studios and lineages including svarupa, vinyasa and Iyengar. Through consistent practice, Yoga asana helped to heal back pain resulting from bulging discs and scoliosis. It wasn't until she began practicing in New York with Amy Pearce-Hayden that she truly began to understand the depth of yoga. Jenay believes that asana, like every limb of the eight (Asta Anga) is just one aspect of the practice. To access Yoga you must address the entire system. During every practice she guides you'll be directed to engage in svadhyaya, consider sankalpa and connect with your Self.Show More

Life Coaching
I grew up deeply connected to the divine, raised in a faith-centered home where prayer and communion with Spirit were a part of daily life. In high school, I discovered the power of manifestation—the art of co-creating with the Universe. My first conscious manifestation led me to my dream school, the University of Virginia, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts with High Honors in Systemic Sustainability. After college, I immersed myself in the world of yoga, earning my Yoga Teacher Training certification in 2015. That initiation opened the door to energy work, chakra healing, and deeper spiritual embodiment. From there, my passion for sharing wisdom evolved into a podcast—first about travel and wellness, and later reborn as The Womanifestor Podcast, where I began teaching manifestation to a global audience. Working with spiritual women since 2019, I noticed that many of my clients struggled to manifest because unhealed trauma and limiting beliefs were blocking their flow. This realization guided me toward somatic healing and trauma release work—an approach that bridges body, mind, and spirit. Today, I am a trauma-informed manifestation coach and somatic healer, helping women release stored trauma, reclaim their divine power, and manifest lives that feel aligned, expansive, and free.Show More

Breathwork Coaching
I am a mother, partner, educator and wholly imperfect human. I carry decades of experience as an educator and leader, but my deepest wisdom has come through my own struggles and healing. Walking through seasons of burnout, loss, and renewal taught me that our challenges can become portals to profound growth. Alongside my academic research in social and emotional competence, I’ve learned that true transformation begins within—when we choose to nurture presence, compassion, and self-trust. I believe that when we cultivate inner regulation, authenticity, and connection, we unlock the capacity not only to thrive ourselves but also to profoundly impact those around us.Show More
