One-on-One Somatic Integration

90 minutes · In person at One Tree Cottage or online Your body has been carrying your story all along, and it holds the wisdom for what comes next. In a private somatic session, we slow down enough to listen. Together we gently explore what is alive in your body: the tension you've learned to live with, the breath that catches, the places that feel frozen, anxious, or far away. Using breathwork, sound, touch-free somatic awareness, and nervous system science, I help your system settle, unwind, and find its natural rhythm… again. This work is trauma-informed at every step. That means you are always in charge of the pace. Nothing is forced, rushed, or pushed open before you are ready. We work with your nervous system rather than against it, building safety and capacity first so that what needs to move can move in its own time. There is no need to relive the past or explain everything in words. Your body already knows the way. Each 90-minute session offers spacious time to arrive, to go deep, and to integrate before you leave, so you return to your life feeling more grounded, more spacious, and more like yourself.
