About this service

Pressure for this massage varies depending on your needs. Right after a workout it is best to do light to medium pressure to remove excess lactic acid build up, and repair those muscles that you worked. Before a workout come in and receive a deeper pressure and stretching to lengthen your muscle groups and avoid injury. A deposit is required on all massage services. Upgrades you can add: Hot Stone $5, Lavender Oil $5, Peppermint Oil $5, Eucalyptus Oil $5, Lemon Oil $5, and a Deep Tissue upgrade. A foot or hand scrub add-on is $15.
