In an Ashiatsu session, your therapist uses their feet, while supported by overhead bars, to deliver slow, broad, and consistent pressure that allows for deeper work without the discomfort of sharp elbows or thumbs. Expect long, flowing strokes, focused compression, and a… grounding, relaxing experience that is especially effective for chronic tension, tight muscles, and those who enjoy deep, sustained pressure. 2-hour access to our Thermal Suite (Hot Tub, Cold Plunge, Infrared Sauna) is included with every Massage and Facial.
