About this service
Connecting to who we are as sensual beings is a deeply nourishing and sacred way of coming home to ourselves, and this Red Tent is an invitation to soften into the wisdom of the body and feel our entire chakra system awaken and come into alignment. When women gather in a safe and sacred container, something ancient stirs, and we journey together through inquiry, embodied movement, breathwork, song, and moments of deep stillness, connection, self-love, and acceptance. This work has been my life's devotion, and it is a profound honor to… hold space with women as we heal, remember, and become more alive together.
