Martis Valley Massage & SPA

Discover Martis Valley Massage & SPA, a boutique day spa in Truckee, California, offering massage, skincare, and non-toxic nail services in a serene mountain setting. Located in the Soaring Way shopping center across from Raley's O-N-E, our expert practitioners cater to both residents and visitors of the Truckee-Tahoe area. Our co-ed wellness facilities include an immersive hot tub, cold plunge, full-spectrum infrared sauna, and our tranquil River Lounge Room. Every element, from our organic facials and massages to the water we use, is thoughtfully designed with purity, sustainability, and well-being in mind. Whether you're seeking injury recovery, post-training rejuvenation, stress relief, or… high-quality skincare, we're here to guide you. Our team of twenty-four includes massage therapists, estheticians and nail technicians, and we are Truckee's only non-toxic nail salon.

The Thermal Suite. Our co-ed wellness space is the heart of the spa, and it is included free with every massage and facial. The immersive hot tub seats sixteen, with UV and ozone filtration, a waterfall, dual jet settings and surround sound. Slow drone footage of Lake Tahoe moves across the walls, paired with calming audio. Our custom Clearlight infrared sauna holds up to ten guests and delivers far, mid and near infrared through their True Wave system. The BlueCube cold plunge sits at 45 degrees, for contrast therapy that pairs naturally with the sauna and tub. The River Lounge Room is a quiet space anchored by a cascading waterfall, with organic Rishi teas, water and chocolate. Locker rooms offer… robes, spa-grade showers, vanities and secure lockers. On the table. Our massage menu runs from deep tissue and Swedish through to Ashiatsu, Shiatsu, prenatal and couples work, and we offer Reiki for those looking for energy work alongside bodywork. Skincare includes organic facials, HydraFacials, LED light therapy, microcurrent and lymphatic drainage. Purity matters to us. Our nail services use Sienna and Dazzle Dry polish, and the products we use throughout the spa are chosen with the same care as the water we filter. For groups. We host group bookings and private spa buyouts for five to twenty-two guests or more.
