I began dancing in a studio when I was 3 years old, and embodiment has been my saving grace through childhood neglect and trauma, 2 divorces, loss of children, domestic violence, sexual assault and more. Many times in my life I didn't quite know how I could go on living, or if I wanted to. Every time something expansive and full of light would anchor me into the path of choosing life and choosing myself no matter how difficult the uphill climb seemed. After persevering so many challenges in my life, I am devoted to supporting others in their path back to self-love, peace, joy, and wholeness. My love for dance translated into a love for studying the human body, psyche, and spirit/soul and I have been on an epic journey of deep study and education to better inform my healing path and those I assist. I am a life-long learner and will continue to dive into spaces and places where I can continue to learn and expand. I am a 500 ERYT Yoga Instructor and Facilitator, have a Pre/Post Natal Fitness Emphasis, am certified in myofascial rolling and release, love supporting cycling beings and girls and women, and the masculine who wants to learn to support women and children. For the past 14 years, I have been dedicated to researching, writing, and teaching in the field of health, healing, and human optimization. As the author of multiple health and wellness books, my work focuses on bridging natural healing principles with modern understanding, offering people practical, empowering pathways back to vitality. Since 2017, I have worked directly with clients at SoulSpire: The Healing Playground, a holistic wellness center devoted to restoration, purification, and regeneration. My approach is integrative and multifaceted, incorporating modalities such as ozone therapy, kambo, colon hydrotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen, frequency healing technologies, contrast therapy, and sound-based practices. These tools are used in harmony to support detoxification, restore balance within the gut and microbiome, and help the body return to a natural state of resilience. My path into this work was deeply personal. Following the loss of my brother to suicide, I began searching for answers beyond conventional approaches, seeking natural ways to support mental and emotional well-being. This journey led me to the profound impact of internal cleansing, plant-based nutrition, and holistic lifestyle practices. Later, after experiencing the loss of my father due to a medical error, my commitment deepened. These experiences shaped a clear purpose: to help others find safe, empowering, and effective paths to healing so that fewer families have to endure preventable suffering. What inspires me most as a healer is witnessing transformation through seeing individuals reconnect with their vitality, clarity, and sense of self. Born and raised in Truckee, CA into a multicultural household, I have always been fond of travel and culture. After experiencing a traumatic car accident, I was left with injuries, chronic pain and PTSD. I was forced to prioritize my body’s needs, finding Hatha and Aerial Yoga training. This led me to Reiki training in Brazil and the U.S., and attaining Master level profoundly impacted my own physical and emotional healing process. Influenced by my physical therapist, I found Fascia Therapy - the Danis Bois Method (France), my passion, which led to my career in manual bodywork/ massage therapy. I fell in love with the lymphatic system and completed training at Massage Therapy Institute in Davis, CA and through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS), as well as the AMESARO (Mexico) - Associación Mexicana de Sanación con Rosas in Rose Therapy/ Healing.
