I approach healing as a holistic and compassionate process. I don’t see healing as fixing something that’s broken, but as creating the conditions for awareness, safety, and integration. A big part of healing, in my experience, is learning to recognize and embrace all parts of who we are, including our shadow sides, with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. I believe that getting to know and understand our needs and desires is essential… to living an aligned and wholesome life. When we bring awareness to our patterns, emotions, and inner dynamics, we gain more choice in how we respond and how we move forward. My work blends coaching, facilitation, bilingual communication, and intuitive reflection. Depending on a client’s needs and comfort level, this can include structured conversations, reflective exercises, or intuitive tools like tarot to support insight and exploration. Everything I offer is used intentionally and in service of the client’s goals. At the heart of my work is creating grounded, nonjudgmental spaces where people can slow down, feel seen, and build trust in themselves.

I am a bilingual coach, facilitator, and interpreter who supports individuals, teams, and organizations as they navigate change with clarity, compassion, and purpose. Through Building Bridges, I bring together my background in communication, leadership development, and human-centered practice to create spaces that foster alignment, trust, and meaningful connection. I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I began my education in… communications and developed a strong appreciation for language, culture, and relational dynamics. My professional journey brought me to Lake Tahoe about 15 years ago, where I worked in staff management and development, building a leadership style grounded in collaboration, approachability, and empowerment. My work in social services deepened my commitment to health equity, social justice, and inclusive communication. Both my professional training and life experiences have shaped how I show up in my work. Navigating significant personal transitions, including early loss, family challenges, and becoming a parent, has strengthened my capacity for empathy, resilience, and steady presence. To further deepen my practice, I trained as a Certified Professional and Teams Coach, expanding my ability to support individuals and organizations in building alignment, accountability, and sustainable systems. Driven by a desire and a NEED to deepen my connection to my intuition, I began studying and practicing tarot, which has profoundly transformed both me and my work. In addition to offering one-on-one tarot readings, I now sometimes integrate tarot into my coaching and facilitation when it feels appropriate and aligned with a client’s goals. Through Building Bridges, my mission is to support individuals and organizations in leading with integrity, intuition and alignment, communicating with purpose, and cultivating communities that thrive over time.
