My Energy Shifting sessions are inspired by Reiki, but go well beyond. I connect with Earth Spirits, my Higher Self, and your body to shift energy and allow you to feel more open, relaxed, and centered. Whether your goal is to release physical pain, access deeper peace within yourself, get clear on relationships and career, or connect with ancestors and Spirit guides, our sessions will address what is needed to attain it. The session ends with an… intuitive herbal reading and consultation where I give suggestions on herbs that may benefit you and how to use them. The more willing and open you are to receive, the more I can give. I like to go deep, but I leave it up to you by offering different programs and protocols that serve you best. I am happy to provide one session; however, I love to create personalized protocols that include herbal remedies, ritual work, and guidance on how to continue to integrate these practices into your life.
