My Approach
I am passionate about cultivating the inner terrain that allows the body’s innate healing capacity to return within each individual. My work centers on supporting the expression of the vital force through restorative herbal care, nourishment, and connection with nature.
My Story
My path into herbalism began through my background in horticulture and restoration ecology, where I learned how plants grow and thrive in both cultivated and wild landscapes. It wasn’t until my own grief and healing journey that I felt the call to come to know the plants on a deeper level. During my herbalism training I began to understand their role in restoring balance not just within landscapes, but also within the human ecosystem.
