Emma

Emma is a mother, immigrant, queer, polyamorous Latina somatic coach and healer. As a certified Associate Coach by the International Coaching Federation, with training from InviteChange and the Somatic Wilderness Institute, Emma blends her lived experience as a queer person of color, executive, and scientist with her expertise in somatics. Her unique background in engineering, tech, and entrepreneurship allows her to bridge the connection… between mind, body, and heart — helping her clients break through limiting beliefs and step into their full sovereignty and power. Originally from Honduras, Emma has lived across the U.S.—from the Midwest to New Orleans to Vermont—and now calls Reno home. Emma approaches coaching with deep intuition, courage, and care. She believes that when Latinas honor their own wisdom, they unlock higher clarity, creativity, and compassion — both for themselves and the world around them. In her 1:1 and group coaching, Emma partners with her clients to build lives that feel nourishing, alive, expansive, and authentically their own.
