Where
In this class you will be practicing alongside the teacher. This can be a very powerful and deep experience. For the collective Practice you can expect a quiet room with little instruction around the poses so you can hear your own inner wisdom. You don't have to be able to do advanced poses to join, but you will want to have a practice that's not dependent on a teacher outside of yourself.
