Living with chronic illness, persistent symptoms, or ongoing stress often means living in a body that feels unpredictable, overwhelming, or stuck in survival mode. Whether you're newly navigating a diagnosis or have spent years searching for answers, these sessions offer a grounded space to slow down, get curious, and begin understanding what your body may be communicating. My work is guided by the Power Restore Method®: Recognize, Restore, Resilience, Repeat. We begin by recognizing patterns. Before we can shift what isn't serving us, we first need to notice it. Together we'll explore how your nervous system has adapted to stress, illness, overwhelm, and life experience, and how those adaptations may be influencing the way you feel today. From there, we focus on restoration. Rather than adding more protocols, supplements, or complicated healing practices, we'll identify simple, supportive ways to help your system recover and reconnect with its natural capacity for regulation. Healing doesn't have to be another full-time job. Often, meaningful change begins with doing less, not more. As regulation improves, resilience naturally grows. You may notice greater energy, clarity, capacity, flexibility, and trust in your body's ability to respond to life's challenges. Over time, these small shifts become sustainable patterns that support long-term well-being. I bring years of study and practice in nervous system regulation, embodiment, Qigong, and mind-body healing, alongside my own experience recovering from chronic Lyme disease. Each session is tailored to what your system genuinely needs in the moment and may include nervous system education, attuned conversation, movement, breathwork, awareness practices, and simple regulation tools designed to support your unique goals. Some people come for a single session to gain insight and direction. Others choose ongoing support as they learn to work with their bodies in a new way. However we work together, the process is collaborative, respectful, and guided by your body's signals, not by pressure, perfection, or the belief that healing has to be hard.
