Lounge Hours are an open invitation to use the space as a landing zone for whatever you need. This is a time for gentle movement, stretching, quiet work, creative collaboration, or simply being in community without an agenda. You’re welcome to come solo to enjoy stillness, read, journal, or tend to your body, or to come with a friend to connect, collaborate, or work on a shared project. Light technology use is welcome when it supports creation or collaboration — this is not a space for zoning out or scrolling, but for presence, intention, and meaningful engagement. Lounge Hours are open to everyone and designed to be flexible and low-pressure. Come for ten minutes or stay for the whole time. Tea is often on, conversation is optional, and the space is here to support you in landing.
