What began as a career in outdoor education and ski coaching evolved into a calling: helping others navigate the inner terrain of growth and healing. After two decades of guiding and teaching around the world, I founded ACE CoLab — Adventure. Connect. Evolve — to bring together the best of movement, mindfulness, and coaching. My path weaves through high peaks and deep introspection — from training ski professionals and leading expeditions, to studying integrative health, mind-body medicine, and wellness coaching. Through these experiences, I’ve learned that transformation doesn’t just happen on the mountain — it happens in how we show up for ourselves every day.
