Forest Bathing
I didn't come to this work through a classroom— came to it through the land. Living in the mountains around Lake Tahoe, I started spending time with the plants in a different way. Not just seeing them, but learning them. Harvesting, sitting, listening. That turned into foraging, then into distillation, then into creating medicine I could actually feel working in my own body Over time, this became a practice of slowing down and remembering— how to care for the body, how to regulate the nervous system, how to come back to something real. I've studied herbalism and plant-based formulation, and trained in distillation with Ann Harman, but most of what l offer comes from direct experience working with plants through the seasons, making medicine by hand, and using it in my own daily rituals. This work is inspired by the belief that the body knows how to heal when it's supported properly. Plants, earth, breath, and intention all play a role in that. Whether it's through forest therapy, aromatherapy, plant medicine, or ritual, what l offer is a space for people to slow down, reconnect, and feel supported in their body again.Show More
