Two Little Birds Retreats was founded by Beverly Jane and Nicole Koch, educators and facilitators devoted to creating immersive wellness experiences that blend science and spirit. Since 2016, they’ve been curating transformative retreats rooted in nervous system healing, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and nature-based embodiment—guiding people back into harmony with themselves, each other, and the natural world. Beverly Jane is a multi-talented sound healer, musician, yoga teacher, creative artist, and community builder—a songstress and crafter who weaves art, music, and movement into medicine for the soul. Nicole Koch, a nervous system educator, Qigong and yoga instructor, brings the science-backed structure, philosophy, and embodiment teachings that ground each retreat in deep healing and integration. Together, they embody yin and yang—balancing creativity and clarity, structure and flow—and lead local and international adventures that unite education, restoration, and soulful exploration. Each retreat features a dynamic mix of guest facilitators and experiences, ensuring every journey is rich with connection, creativity, and transformation.
At Two Little Birds Retreats, our approach to healing is both embodied and educational—rooted in nervous system science, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the wisdom of nature. We believe healing happens through connection: to self, to others, and to the natural world. Our retreats are designed as immersive journeys where movement, breath, sound, and stillness work together to restore balance and vitality. By weaving together Qigong, yoga, and somatic practices with evidence-based nervous system education, we help participants regulate, replenish, and remember their innate capacity to heal. We also believe that true healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Each retreat is a living community—where lasting relationships are formed, stories are shared, and every person is seen, supported, and celebrated. This sense of belonging continues long after the retreat ends, becoming part of the medicine itself.
