Full Moon Ski Tour

I currently live nestled among the mountains of the Sierra Nevada, where my connection to the natural world continues to shape both my life and my work. I grew up in San Francisco and was educated in the Waldorf tradition, where a deep appreciation for nature, creativity, and holistic learning was cultivated early on. This foundation guided me to study Psychology and Adventure Education at Prescott College, blending my curiosity about the human psyche with experiential, nature-based learning. My path has included guiding outdoor expeditions for youth, teaching art and English to young people abroad, and supporting at-risk youth through nature-based therapeutic experiences. Across these spaces, I witnessed the profound impact of presence, mentorship, and connection—to self, to others, and to the natural world. These experiences shaped my passion for creating spaces where individuals can reconnect with their inner strength, authenticity, and sense of aliveness. Today, I continue to live and work close to the natural world, drawing inspiration from movement, breath, creativity, and the outdoors as pathways for healing, self-discovery, and empowerment.
